Last Friday, I played with a 100-Dollar-Laptop from the OLPC project.
I was most impressed how the display was even readable in the bright sunlight and about the mesh network concept.
I hope Swiss people (even big children) will able to buy this cool gadget as well ;-).

He is a freelancing developer working for Alan Kay's Viewpoints Research institute on porting the Squeak and Etoys environment to the 100 dollar laptop.
